How many times do I need to train a week to get good results ?
I have a client Dave who did a free coaching and strategy session with me, but I didn’t hear from him after. He must have decided it wasn’t for him, that’s what the free session is for, to see if I’m a good fit for you.
2 months later I bumped into him in Formby village, we stopped and chatted about the strange new world of COVID, kids, usual stuff, then he said that he was still interested in training but was worried how he could fit it in.
I get it; it’s difficult fitting everything in around your family and work, visiting your mum and dad, in-laws, and what about your Aunty Beryl ! Never mind getting chill time with your family. Finding 3 hours a week to train time can feel impossible to fit in.
I have to tell you this though, those 3 hours a week are the gateway to bags more energy and focus which will open up your world.
Think of it like 3 hours of training = Endless hours more energy and focus.
With your new energy and focus you will be able to fit in visiting family as tasks like boring home admin get done instead of procrastinating. You will even have time to see your mates as the wife is made up as you have done the food shopping, cleaned the car, picked the kids up and then bingo free pass to go to see your mates.
Dave did start on The Shape Conditioning System and was much happier getting to see his mates more often, oh, and he also looks damn good too. He managed to finally reduce his gut and build muscle.
