We train in an environment that suits you whether that’s in a our private Formby studio your home gym or at Strength Camp. With Strength Camp you get the support of myself and the whole team of great lads in Strength Camp. We all help keep each other on track. With 1-1 you get maximum attention on you reaching your goals and a discreet service. We can also offer group training if you would like to train with 2 or 3 friends.

Our higher level service also offers physio or acupuncture sessions to prevent injury and keep you in peak condition.

The Strong Man System

The Strong Man System developed out of trying many different workouts and diets. We have picked the best combination of training and diet to not only get you in the best possible shape but to keep you feeling energised and focused.

Whether you choose 1-2-1 or Strength Camp you will get expert help to lose fat and build muscle. With 1-2-1 you will get results quickly and the best motivation to keep you on track. Know what you need to eat for each meal to get in the best shape. Strength Camp offers exciting mens group exercise to get fitter, leaner and stronger. The system is split into different components working on a different aspect of training and diet over 12 weeks. Do you just do 1-1?

I work 1-1 and a Mens Strength Camp that trains 3 times a week before or after work. If you would like to train with a couple of friends we can also do this, get in touch for a chat.

Which gym do you train in ?

I train at our private studio in Formby, I can also come to your home gym, we also do some training outdoors. The strength camp takes place in a local park. I cover the areas of Formby, Ainsdale, Birkdale, Southport, Hightown, Crosby.


How many times do we train a week ?

We can discuss this in your free consultation and trial. We like to find the best solution for you this is normally between 2-3 sessions per week.

What time are your sessions ?

I start sessions from 6am we can fit sessions around your schedule . Get in touch and we can chat about it in your free consultation and trial

Do you provide a nutrition plan ?

How long will it take to get in shape ?

With determination, my clients can build muscle or lose 1.8 stone in 12 weeks. I will support you every step of the way and together with your commitment and my guidance we will reach your goals.

How much do your services cost ?
