We train in an environment that suits you whether that’s in a our Private Formby Studio or your home gym. We pride ourselves on providing a discreet and private service. We work 1-1 so you get maximum attention on you reaching your goals. We can also adapt our sessions to train two or three together if you'd prefer.
Our higher level service also offers physio or acupuncture sessions to prevent injury and keep you in peak condition.
The Strong Man System
The 12 Week Strong Man System developed out of trying many different workouts and diets. We have picked the best combination of training and diet to not only get you in the best possible shape but to keep you feeling energised and focused.
We make it easy to know where you are in your progress and where you are heading so you stay focused. The system is split into different components working on a different aspect of training and diet over 12 weeks. Providing this structure will also hugely improve your mindset, having increased focus and a drive that will also benefit your day-to-day life.

I work 1-1 but if you have a group of friends that want to train together get in touch and we can chat.
I train at our private studio in Formby, I can also come to your home gym, we also do some training outdoors. I cover the areas of Formby, Ainsdale, Birkdale, Southport, Hightown, Crosby.
We can discuss this in your free consultation and trial. We like to find the best solution for you this is normally between 2-3 sessions per week.
